Use the 'Export to Matlab' action to export data from the current Surfit project to files that can be read by Matlab scripts.
Click the menu icon to perform this action.
The following data files are saved:
- Geometry - This file contains the coordinates of the interpolated points for each surface.
- Lofting data - This file contains the expanded strips for each surface laid out in a standard format.
- Nesting data - This file contains the expanded strips for each surface in their nested positions.
- Gaussian curvature data - This file contains the Gaussian curvature scalar field data for each surface.
